Covid-19 Prevention and Recommendations

  1. At Mountain Vista Suites we operate with closed circuit, so only guests will have access to the property.
  2. Upon arrival at Mountain Vista Suites all guests and employees will be warmed up. If this exceeds 37.3⁰C for adults or 37.7⁰C for children up to the age of 12, access to the unit will not be allowed regardless of the quality of the person or the time of arrival at Mountain Vista Suites.
  3. The maximum number of guests who will be accommodated simultaneously at Mountain Vista Suites cannot exceed 20 people, regardless of their age. Thus, please respect the number of people for whom you made a reservation. We will not allow accommodation if the number of people arriving at Mountain Vista Suites does not correspond to the one on the accommodation voucher. Beware of children!
  4. In common areas you will find free antibacterial soap provided by Mountain Vista Suites for hand washing during your stay at Mountain Vista Suites.
  5. The playground in the cellar (ping pong and trampoline will operate only in the following intervals: 8.30-12.00, 13.00-16.00, 17.00-22.00. The intervals 12.00-13.00, 16.00-17.00 are necessary to disinfect, sanitize and ventilate the playground .
  6. The meals on the terrace will be arranged in such a way as to respect the recommended social distance. Careful! Tables cannot be moved.
  7. Please respect the common kitchen and clean all the cutlery and plates used, as well as the surfaces used with Igienol which is the kitchen. If you have other guests around, we recommend using masks, as well as gloves.
  8. All employees of Mountain Vista Suites who come in contact with tourists will be protected with gloves and a protective mask.
  9. For your protection we have increased the chlorine concentration necessary to disinfect the pool water to the maximum legally allowed, respectively 1.5mg / l. The sunbeds at the pools will be arranged in such a way as to keep the social distance. Moving them is forbidden!

House Rules and instructions

  1. Our games room is in the basement and can be used between 9am - 11pm. Have fun !
  1. Our kitchens are shared so, please, be respectful, cleanup after cooking and leave it as you would hope to find it ! Thank you !
  1. The blue boxes are exclusively used for plastic and glass (NOT GARBAGE), please rinse the bottles, cans, etc. prior to placing them in the bins. Thank you !
  1. When the suite or kitchen garbage cans are full, please feel free to place the bags in the large bins on the lower terrassa. Thank you !
  1. Smoking is strictly forbidden within the suites, kitchens or games room. Please feel free to smoke on the lower terrassa or pool side but ALWAYS use the ashtrays provided. Please do NOT use the BBQ, fireplace, driveway, etc. as an ashtray. Please do not violate this policy. Any violation of this policy by any individual will result in the eviction of the entire group that they are apart of. No exceptions.

Swimming Pool Rules

            Schedule: 9am - 9pm

 We do our best to keep the water warm and clean for all our guests, therefore we ask that you respect the following rules.

 THE POOL COVER WILL BE DONE FOR YOU!

  • WITHOUT EXCEPTION, THERE IS NO POOL TIME AFTER 9 PM
  • Smoking around the pool is not allowed
  • Please do not throw cigarette buds on the ground, please use the ashtrays provided
  • Swim at your own risk - there is no lifeguard on duty
  • Please use appropriate swimming attire in the pool/pool area (no cutoff’s, underwear, t-shirts, etc.)
  • Children under 12 must always be supervised by an adult
  • Children under 3 years old must wear ‘swimmies’ (special water diapers)
  • No running on the pool deck
  • No diving
  • Glass of any kind (bottles, drinking glasses, plates, etc.) is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in the pool area.
  • Please use footwear in the courtyard and pool area (the stones might contain sharp objects)
  • Please do not bring any sharp objects (jewelry, bottle caps, stones, etc.) into the pool.
  • Please remove all pool toys/games from the pool when you exit the pool (Very important for the filter)
  • Please take your towels, clothes, toys, etc. from the pool area when you leave
  • Have fun…but please respect your fellow guests where music, yelling, shouting, etc. are concerned.

Other notes (mostly for kids)

  • No Running in the Suites, stairs or any common areas
  • Do not throw stones in the pool
  • Do not throw stones on any other areas where there are no stones
  • Do not bring stones into Suites

Trampoline Rules

Schedule: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm

  • The trampoline is for kids up to 16 years old
  • Only 4 kids at a time are allowed on the trampoline
  • Close the zipper every time you get in and get out of the trampoline
